Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days from receipt. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will begin processing the next business day. If we experience any unexpected delays we will notify you by email.

Shipping options and rates

  • Standard USPS Ground Advantage: Flat rate $7 for domestic US orders.

  • Express USPS Priority or similar: $20 for domestic US orders.

  • Free shipping: Complimentary standard shipping on US orders over $50 before taxes and discounts.

Delivery estimates (after processing)

  • Standard USPS Ground Advantage: 2 to 5 business days.

  • Express: 1 to 2 business days.
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier conditions, or peak holiday periods.

Tracking and notifications
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use that tracking number to check delivery status on the carrier website. If tracking shows a delivery exception or a problem, contact us and we will help resolve it.

Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows the package was not delivered or if your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product and we will send a replacement.

International orders
At this time we primarily ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like to order, please contact us and we will advise on availability and international shipping options and rates.

Order changes and address errors
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped we are not able to change the address. Please double check your shipping details at checkout to avoid delays.
