Our Policy
Kumiko is a small, sole-founder studio. Because our lashes are personal care items and produced in small batches, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for change of mind or used items. This ensures the hygiene and quality of every pair that leaves our Los Angeles studio.
Delivery Guarantee
Your experience matters. If your tracking information shows that your package was not delivered, or if you have not received your product within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at KumikoLash.LA@gmail.com
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit or undelivered, we will prioritize your order and send a new shipment at no additional cost. We want to ensure that Kumiko reaches your gaze, no matter what happens during the journey.
Damaged Items
In the rare event that your lashes arrive damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the packaging and the product. We will review the details and send a replacement immediately.
